Breuckelen Distilling, 77 Whiskey American Single Malt Whiskey 6 Year Old

It's our riff on a Scottish classic. Distilled from 100% NY grown barley, malted by our friends at Valley Malt in Hadley, Massachusetts. Double pot distilled. Aged in new charred 53 gallon American oak barrels. It's 6 years old and 50% alc/vol. The flavor profile is rich with hints of fresh orange, honey, and cherry on the nose. Followed by a dry, citrus mid palate. And cinnamon, tropical fruit and a warm 100 proof finish.
