100% Tempranillo organically grown within 7ha of estate vineyards at very high elevations between 1000-1,200m. Hand harvested with carbonic maceration in stainless steel and indigenous yeasts. Continues aging for another 6 months in the same tanks. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, and zero SO2.
