40% Pinot Meunier, 30% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay. Billecart-Salmon, which now stands as the oldest continuously family owned and operated house in Champagne, has been producing high quality elegant champagne since 1818. The Brut Reserve comes from exclusively Premier and Grand Cru sites (up to 20) vinified separately and expertly blended. Bright and energetic, with very fine bubbles and a flinty mineral finish.
