100% Gamay. Organic. Anthony Thevenet continues to refine his craft working with assorted villages in the Beaujolais. The Chenas is made with traditional carbonic maceration followed by 6-8 months in concrete tank. High toned red fruit dominates and balances perfectly with the touch of raspberry acidity making for a wildly elegant (and innately drinkable) wine this vintage.
