100% Pansa Blanca (the regional name for Xarel-lo in Alella near Barcelona). Organic. Truly a seaside white (winery is 2km from the Mediterranean), grown in granitic sandy soils, it offers a soft nose of white flowers and has fleshy, stone fruit driven flavors balanced with crisp minerality.
