Alexis Hudon, Vin de France Groseille 2020

100% Gamay. Organic. Alexis Hudon doesn't own any vineyards but buys exclusively-organic fruit from his friends in the Touraine AOP. 80% of his grapes come from the village of Saint-Aignan and the other 20% from Montlouis-sur-Loire. 25% is whole cluster on the skins for 3 weeks and the remaining 75% of fruit is direct pressed to tank. Aged in a mix of tank & used barrels (10%).
