100% Melon de Bourgogne. Certified organic. While Marc Ollivier, who started the domaine, has retired, the capable hands of Rémi Branger and Gwénaëlle Croix are guiding the ship into the next phase. Commitment to organic farming (now working with some biodynamic), hand harvesting and minimal intervention in the cellar all contribute to Pepiere remaining a beacon in the Muscadet production area, largely associated with volume over quality. Light, delicate fruit with classic wet stone, zippy focused acidity and a wonderful minerality.
