Cuvee Chaos always comes from the oldest vines at the estate from the plot Grand Pré. 60+ year old vines are hand harvested and vinified and aged in at least 10 year old barrels. The wine is bottled unfiltered according to the lunar calendar and no sulfur is added at any point. A consistently stunning expression of Gamay from Yann and Familie Bertrand that is layered and complex while being almost ethereal in its elegance.
