100% Gamay. Biodynamic. This wine hails from a single parcel called Chaffangeons, which is composed of deep granite soil rich in silt. Yann has farmed these vines biodynamically since 2015, and alternates soil tillage and controlled natural grassing. The wine ages 100% in vats for 8 months. Racking and bottling by the domaine, without filtration and according to the cycle of the moon. No added sulfur.
