100% Chardonnay. Organic. Michael Wenzel's Wild+Free series of natural wines showcases some of the other grapes cultivated around Rust in Burgenland. All Chardonnay this vintage, lightly fermented on the skins for 8 days and aged 11 months in amphora before release. Minimal sulphur added. This fun, luscious take on a Friulian style wine makes it perfect for sipping on its own or for pairing with a wide range of dishes.
