100% Silvaner. Organic. This small-production Silvaner is picked from the younger vines of Probstey and Hölle (both Grand Cru’s in Rheinhessen) from sandier soils. Matured in 500L barrels and larger stuckfasse. Pungent, varietally true aromas of green vegetables, salty minerals and flowers. Light petrol at the finish and a consistent, savory quality right through the finish.
