80% Hondarrabi Beltza, 20% Honarrabi Zuri. This Basque rose is unique for the region as it's based on the native red grape, Hondarrabi Beltza, where many producers base their rose on white. This is fresh and lightly fizzy, showing tangy aromas and flavors of cranberry, pepper, green herbs, citrus and minerals.
