100% Touriga Nacional. Organic. From a single vineyard 'Adao Lobo' with clay limestone soils. Brothers Tomas and Alberto Emidio are the fourth generation to farm the terroirs of Obidos within the region of Lisboa. They work their 15 ha of vines organically, harvest entirely by hand, fully destem, and crush the fruit by foot. Fermentations occur spontaneously.
