Xarel-lo, Parellada, Macabeu. Certified organic. Julià and Navinès is a family estate in Alt Penedès, west of Barcelona. There, high altitude vineyards provide cooler temperatures and grapes with greater freshness. No chemicals are used in the vineyards and only estate fruit is used. As a long aged Reserva, it is the most Champagne-esque wine in Cava showcasing notes of brioche, minerals, and fresh orchard fruit.
