50% Moscato, 50% Bracchetto. "'Bigaro' in Piemontese defines a color that is actually a mix of colors. This is because the Bigaro is produced with two different grapes, one white (Muscat) and a black (Brachetto)." Stefano Perrone, winemaker at his family's estate in the Moscato d'Asti zone in Piedmont. The Bigaro makes for a perfect afternoon apertivo or an after dinner delight. Juicy red fruit and light fizzy bubbles, all with a low 5.5% abv. Delicious!
