100% Malagousia. Domaine Apostolidi's history began in 1958 when Efthimios Apostolidis planted the first vines at Dialekto. Today, the 3rd generation, Efthymis and his sister Vasiliki are the heart and soul of their ultra-modern winery and 13 hectares of vines that lie on the western bank of the river Nestos and are organically and biodynamically farmed. Temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks, staying on the lees until the end of January, this Malagousia offers crisp yet fuller body with a nice medium-long mineral finish. This is an exciting, aromatic Malagousia that it’s defined by its terroir. Goes great with salads, fish, and seafood.
