100% Trepat. Succés Vinícola La Trompa is a natural red wine crafted from 100% Trepat grapes, an indigenous variety of the Conca de Barberà region in Catalonia, Spain. The grapes are sourced from bush-trained vines aged between 20 and 47 years, cultivated at altitudes ranging from 400 to 500 meters on calcareous clay soils. The winemaking process involves spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts and a 30-day maceration period with skin contact. The wine is then aged for five months on fine lees in stainless steel vats, allowing it to develop complexity while preserving its fresh and vibrant character. This minimal-intervention approach highlights the Trepat grape's unique qualities and Conca de Barberà terroir.
