100% Riesling. Organic. Can't say enough about the old school production and level of quality at Falkenstein. A variety of plots in some of the best terroirs of the Saar river. Bottled in different parcels, and then different Fuder casks (large traditional wooden barrels), all with their own nicknames. And thus the rabid following by Riesling fans, for the precision, subtlety and variety. This 2022 Kabinett was done in AP11.
