The 8 acres of grapevines found at Sunhawk Farms were planted twenty years ago by John Schaeffer, a pioneer of natural products and solar energy. Super fresh, chillable red bursting with bright red fruit and a touch of herbs to balance it all out. It’s light, zippy, and a little cloudy in the glass, with barely-there tannins and a clean, crisp finish. Totally refreshing and super easy to drink, especially with a slight chill.
